The Parató winery
Was built by Josep Elias Andreu in 1975 and extended in 1983 and 2000. Here the entire crop is produced with all the modern production systems, though we do not forget the traditional character of this process.
All our varieties are produced separately, and we even make different wines depending on the plot. We also set apart the wines destined to still and sparkling wines.
We like all our red wines, either young or reserve, to be refined in oak barrels, followed by a quiet aging in the bottle.
In Parató we only produce reserve or grand reserve cavas because we think that these are the ones that express better the uniqueness of our land.
