Xarel·lo varietal wine produced from old vines. This is the variety that is, par excellence, indigenous to the Penedés region, which stands out for its elegance, complexity, and structure. A fruity wine that is persistent in the mouth, well rounded and with a very marked Mediterranean character. A great wine to accompany first courses, rice dishes and fish soups.

Tasting note
COLOUR: Pale straw-greenish-grayish color, bright and with fine, slow-falling tears.
AROMAS: Primary varietal aromas, marked by fruity notes (pear, melon), presence of fresh vegetables (cut grass, fennel, rose petals), dried flower and white flower (jasmine).
IN THE MOUTH: Light and fresh mid-palate, marked by a creaminess of present citric acidity, ripe fruit in the mouth (Golden apple, pear) soft and unctuous sensation, structure, slightly bitter and balsamic aftertaste and long and refreshing aftertaste.
