Tasting note
COLOUR: Pale straw yellow color and lemon green rim, fine bubbles, good release and constant ascent, wide and well-marked crown, fine teardrop.
AROMAS: Subtle and clean aromas reminiscent of fresh fruit (pear, sour apple and ripe banana), floral (jasmine, white flower), light vegetal notes (dried straw, cut grass), and the presence of soft aging notes (cooked bread, mushroom).
IN THE MOUTH: The palate has a fresh and pleasant entrance, mildly carbonic but with presence in the mouth and fresh acidity (grapefruit, lemon peel), dry, with a fruity aftertaste and long persistence and creamy sensation, structured and with an aftertaste of ripe fruit, balsamic and gently mineral (dried seaweed, chalk).
