Tasting note
COLOUR: Pale straw yellow in colour with steely-green reflections, fine bubbles, constant flow, wide and persistent crown, fine tear.
AROMAS: Fresh aromas that remind us of fruit (pear, white peach), floral (white and dry flowers), vegetable and balsamic notes (cut grass), and an ending of light ageing (yeast, toast).
IN THE MOUTH: In the mouth, entry is lively, fresh and agreeable, light carbonic in the mouth but definitely present, citric acidity (lime), dry, aftertaste with a vegetable nuance, lengthy, persistent and creamy.
