ÀTICA CAVA EXTRA-BRUT ROSÉ Organic
Atica Cava Extra Brut Rosé, pale, subtle, floral and reminiscent of fresh spring mornings of our Penedes region, with soft Mediterranean breezes. Young and fresh, light but firm, which expresses the strength of two varieties, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It will make us enjoy as an appetizer or as an accompanier of all kinds of salads, pasta, fish or white meats.
75% Pinot Noir
2ª fermentation on bottle during 45 days in the cava at 13 ºC, and aging on its yeast until disgorging (minimum 12 months).

COLOUR: Pale pink rose petal in colour with a salmon pink background, ample and persistent crown with a strong and constant rosary, marked tears.
AROMAS: Elegant and sweet aromas. reminding us of red fruit (strawberries and raspberries), and black fruit (plum jam), balsamic, with a vegetable ending and marked by ageing (dry toasted fruit).
IN THE MOUTH: Through the mouth fresh and fruity with a carbonic presence although well integrated, with nuances of ripe and caramelised fruity notes, with a balsamic retro-nasal taste and long lasting aftertaste.
This label guarantees that this cava has been produced following the rules of organic farming, which has been controlled throughout the process of production, processing, packaging and commercialization.
