CAVA ÀTICA EXTRA BRUT GRAN RESERVA Organic

Cava Extra Brut Gran Reserva: With a minimum aging of 30 months on lees, it brings great complexity both aromatically and on the palate, with broad and elegant nuances of ripe fruit and the effects of aging on yeast. It pairs well with a meal from start to finish, including both cold and hot appetizers, as well as braised meats and baked fish. An excellent aperitif on hot days.

Tasting note

COLOUR: Straw yellow color, gold-gray/greenish reflections, fine bubbles with constant release, fine, medium-long, bright crown with a powerful tear.

AROMAS: On the nose, there are vegetal notes, menthol, Mediterranean undergrowth, dry straw and ripe fruits (apricot, peach, baked apple), a citrus touch of orange peel and notes derived from the long aging on lees where toasted bread, brioche, toasted nuts, slightly acetic (fresh cream, butter) predominate.

IN THE MOUTH: Fresh and powerful entry into the mouth, with integrated but present carbonation and a medium glyceric sensation, marked and refreshing citrus acidity (lime peel and dried mandarin) of candied fruits (apple), earthy-mineral sensation (wet earth, graphite), long-lasting finish and liqueur-like aftertaste.
