CAVA ELIAS I TERNS BRUT NATURE GRAN RESERVA

Gran Reserva Cava with strong personality. In its composition, Xarel.lo is the predominant variety with a touch of wood that gives different sensations. The structure on the palate and the notes of long aging, make it suitable to accompany a meal. The service temperature should be a little higher than usual because of its long aging, and it makes it much more attractive and complex.

Cava base wine fermented and aged in barrels of American, Tronçais and Hungarian oak.

Tasting notes

COLOUR: Straw-golden yellow color and reflections of new gold, forming a rosary of small, constant bubbles and a persistent medium crown.


AROMAS: Elegant and subtle aromas derived from the interaction between barrel aging and yeast lees, where notes of toasted wood and notes of brioche and pastry cream stand out, on a background of a vegetal touch (dry straw, mimosa) and maintaining a finish of ripe white fruit (apple, baked apple).

IN THE MOUTH:Soft yet lively mid-palate, with carbonation still in the process of integrating with the wine and a creamy sensation on the palate. Light acidity with a refreshing touch combined with fresh vegetal and balsamic notes (fennel, thyme, cut grass) with a long finish, aftertaste of aging notes (roasted nuts, toasted wood, smoked) and a serious aftertaste with a slightly lactic aftertaste.

This label guarantees that this cava has been produced following the rules of organic farming, which has been controlled throughout the process of production, processing, packaging and commercialization.
